The applicable price is provided before the service when the necessary information is available.

Do I need a prescription or a requisition?

Some procedures require a prescription, a requisition, a treatment plan or a prior assessment.

For a blood test at home, have your requisition ready when one is required. Medical analyses are performed in collaboration with CDL Laboratories.

Can my care be reimbursed by my insurance?

Depending on your insurance plan, some private nursing services may be eligible for reimbursement. A receipt can be provided for eligible services.

It is the client’s responsibility to check reimbursement conditions directly with their insurer.

Is a virtual consultation suitable for every situation?

A virtual consultation is not suitable for every situation. The nurse may recommend an in-person assessment or a consultation with another professional when your situation requires it.

Rates: $59 for 30 minutes, $89 for 45 minutes.

Does a home support worker replace nursing care?

Home support worker and companion services do not replace nursing or medical care.

When a situation requires an assessment or intervention by a health professional, Gloire Santé can recommend the appropriate professional service.

My parent lives far away from me. Can you help?

Gloire Santé can arrange regular visits so your loved one has a presence and support at home.

Depending on the agreed service and the person’s consent, a way to communicate with the designated family member can be arranged.
